Hands And Feet

 Daily care matters

Daily care for your hands and feet doesn’t have to be time-consuming. A few minutes of washing, moisturizing, and protecting can make a big difference. Use a mild soap to avoid dryness, and then apply a nourishing hand or foot cream — especially before bed when your skin is naturally regenerating.

Keep Them Smooth and Soft

Exfoliation is key to removing dead skin cells and preventing roughness. Use a gentle scrub or pumice stone once or twice a week on your feet, especially your heels. For your hands, a gentle sugar scrub can keep your skin silky smooth without irritation. Remember to trim your nails regularly and keep them clean to prevent infections.

Moisturize and Protect

Our hands are exposed to the elements more than any other part of the body. Cold weather, frequent washing, and harsh disinfectants can strip them of moisture. Protect your hands with gloves in the winter and apply SPF when you’re outdoors.

When used together:

A basic skin care routine typically moisturizes first, then protects, especially during the morning routine. For example:

Cleanser

Serum (optional)

Moisturizer

Sunscreen (during the day)

Treat Them to a Little TLC

Pampering your hands and feet occasionally can be both relaxing and restorative. A warm bath, massage with essential oils, or a homemade mask with natural ingredients like honey and coconut oil can improve circulation, soften skin, and relieve tension.

Don't Ignore Warning Signs

Dry, cracked heels, numbness, swelling or discolored nails can be a sign of underlying health issues, such as diabetes or circulatory problems. Always pay attention to changes and consult a specialist if something is wrong.

DAILY HAND CARE ROUTINE

Gentle cleanser – Use a moisturizing hand soap; avoid harsh soaps.

Moisturize boost – Apply a hand cream with ingredients like:
